This
BBQ may be modified to be more or less than 50 people.
This package includes: all arrangements, 3 tables, grill, 2 linens,
all paper goods, garbage and recycling, ice tubs and ice, delivery
fees, application fee and insurance. You pay the venue fee, bring
your own firewood, NA beverages, wine & beer, and set up and
clean up your event. Paper goods are supplied. This is an excellent
option for smaller groups.
The menu is a choice of chicken or mixed grill sausages (both with
French bread) or burgers with trimmings and potato salad, green
salad, chips and salsa, and cookies.
Wine and beer are additional or you can bring your own.
You can tailor this package to accommodate more or less people at
$15 per person for food plus $600 for the package.
**Additional
items may be ordered for either package.
8’tables, linens, and chairs in white wood or natural. Additional
delivery charges apply. Wine and beer can be obtained for an additional
fee.

fee We provide a vendor selection day and referrals of FLOWERS,
PHOTOS, CAKE, MUSIC, and Officiate.
